Procedures for Disapproval/Notice to Proceed. (1) Respondents shall designate, and notify EPA, within 10 days after the Effective Date, of the name(s), title(s), contact information, and qualifications of Respondents’ proposed Project Coordinator and Supervising Contractor, whose qualifications shall be subject to EPA’s review for verification based on objective assessment criteria (e.g., experience, capacity, technical expertise) and do not have a conflict of interest with respect to the project.
