PROCEDURES, DOCUMENTATION and QUALITY ASSURANCE As stated later in this section, some procedures used by the Licensee shall be subject to University approval. Such procedures shall be reviewed and approved by University on or before the start date of this Agreement. Procedures shall be issued to University via controlled copy and all subsequent revisions must be reviewed and approved by University prior to utilization.
