Procedure ▇▇. ▇▇▇.▇▇ (Inclement Weather), as established by the Employer and as amended from time to time, shall apply to employees covered by this Collective Agreement.

Procedure ▇▇. ▇ ▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ - ▇▇ the event the grievance is not settled through an 34 informal discussion, a written grievance shall be submitted to the 35 principal or administrator involved. The aggrieved person may 36 present this written grievance individually or jointly with the 37 Association representative. 38 39 2. Level Two- In the event the grievant is not satisfied with the 40 disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision has 41 been rendered within seven (7) days after presentation of the 42 grievance, he/she shall immediately process the claim with the 43 Superintendent. Within seven (7) days from receipt of the 44 grievance by the Superintendent, he/she shall render a decision as 45 to the solution. This decision shall be in writing. 2 3. Level Three - In the event the grievant is not satisfied with the 3 disposition at Level Two or if no decision has been rendered in 4 writing within seven (7) days from date of receipt of grievance by 5 the Superintendent, said grievant may refer the grievance through 6 the Association or individually in writing to the Board. Within 7 seven (7) days from the receipt of the written grievance by the 8 Board, it shall meet with the Association representative and/or 9 grievant for the purpose of arriving at a mutually satisfactory 10 solution. A decision by the Board shall be rendered within seven 11 (7) days, in writing. 12 13 4. Level Four- In the event that the grievance is not satisfactorily 14 resolved at Level Three within seven (7) days or if no disposition 15 has been made within the period provided, the Association may 16 submit the grievance to arbitration by giving notice to the District 17 within ten (10) days from the end of such seven (7) day period of 18 their intent to file for arbitration. If no such notice is given within 19 the ten (10) day period, the grievance shall be deemed settled and 20 not subject to arbitration. 21 22 The arbitration proceeding shall be conducted by an arbitrator to be 23 selected by the parties in accordance with the rules and procedures 24 of the American Arbitration Association. If the parties fail to select 25 an arbitrator, the American Arbitration Association shall be 26 requested to provide a list of seven arbitrators. Both the District 27 and the Association shall have the right to strike three names from 28 the panel. The District shall strike the first name; the Association 29 shall then strike one name.
