Problem Solving Procedures. ‌ Prior to implementation of the Procedures for Grievance, unit members are encouraged to attempt to identify and resolve a problem informally. Both the unit member and the District have the right to a conferee at the problem solving conferences. No reprisals shall be invoked against any unit member for processing a grievance. The parties are encouraged to work together at all stages of the grievance procedure to resolve grievances.
