When an alleged misapplication, misinterpretation, or violation of this Memorandum of Understanding is suspected, or there are concerns with any unresolved conflict regarding conditions of employment (this includes any perceived impacts from the implementation of AI), including disciplinary actions, an employee may initiate the following problem-solving procedure:
