This is the reason that we consider, should implement the use of audiovisual resources on English classes in eighth grade of basic education at Dr. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ High School of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ if we want to get an education of quality. Everybody knows that Public High Schools receive students with different English language levels and they need a lot of practice in it because most of the students never have practiced this subject in the Elementary school. Moreover, it is very important that the government, through the universities prepare to the teachers in the use of new techniques because they will allow them to provide a better education. Also, it is necessary that teachers attend different seminaries to improve and update their knowledge. We have a deep sorrow in our own city: the School Of Languages of our ▇▇▇▇ Mater still closed for more than 12 years, so teachers must go to other cities to get a better preparation on teaching English. Also, we remember a huge failure on the university…we just learn how to read and write very well, but we did not learn how to speak or listen properly, because our own teachers were not well prepared on these two skills. So, how can we give what we don´t have? The budget for English area into the institutions is almost inexistent. Some High Schools don´t have an English laboratory to practice the target language, not even a CD player. There is no money to manage motivation into the teaching-learning process buying materials to get a brand new English class.

Neither exist the correct knowledge of the socio-cultural focus in order to speak other language, we know it is no money not only speaking on the target language, its culture is really important too. Knowing just basic aspects of the language do not develop the necessary interrelationship with other cultures. This type of knowledge, (speaking about the culture), it is an important issue because we want the students identifying the best of the language including the achievement of their total environment. The different kinds of Teaching Methods and Strategies focus the importance and ways to manage motivation into help students to develop their skills, to become productive and competitive for their lives in the adults society, so the main purpose of any new methodological change promotes the improvement of the process using cooperative learning technique strategies to help teachers and students. Most of the students carry out activities including class work and homework with a particular result that is possible to get the most efficient students participation, so teachers have the opportunity to solve students learning needs in a more individualize process. The cooperative learning strategies let teacher know about the importance of the interaction and socialization between teachers- students, students-students, the cooperative learning is an essential tool that help students to develop each one of English language competences, and communication skills in a very special way. On the other hand, it is important to emphasize that if the students participate with independence according to their own learning style it means that they are not socializing- interacting with other students, they are learning less and lower, they do not like the environment or place where they are studying , so there is a poor result because they are not motivated during the class, their self-esteem is lower, their competitive levels and the teaching-learning process buying materials to get a brand new English classquality are poorest, in other way teachers are not getting the excellence.
