Probationer. 1. Probationers will adhere to the responsibilities outlined in the Tenure Workbook. 2. If the probationer disagrees with the tenure review committee’s annual recommendation they and/or a representative shall be given an opportunity to challenge the committee’s recommendations before TROC, the College President, and/or the Board of Trustees. 3. In the event of the notification of non-renewal or discontinuation of a probationary employee’s appointment shall be given no later than one (1) complete quarter, excluding summer quarter, before the expiration of or discontinuation of the probationary employee’s appointment per RCW 28B.50.861.
