Probationary Members. All new employees shall be considered as probationary employees for the first ninety (90) calendar days of their employment. The School Board, through its appointed representative, shall have the right to discharge any employee in such status and no grievance shall arise there from. After members have completed their probationary period, their names shall be placed on the seniority list and seniority shall start from the date of hiring.
