Proactive. An alternative method is to reach the target audience via actively looking for the people or organisations matching predefined criteria and delivering messages directly to them. In this case, communication channels to specific users will be used. Reactive (or interactive): Irrespective of how the first contact is established, when the audience requests more information, the project members should be able to react by delivering the appropriate answer. This will be reached by offering to the final users ways to contact the consortium directly (email, website, social media or in person).
