Pro-Child Act. If any Subgrant activities call for services to minors, SUBGRANTEE agrees to comply with the Pro-Children Act of 1994; Public Law 103-277, Part C – Environment Tobacco Smoke that requires smoking to be banned in any portion of any indoor facility owned, leased, or contracted by an entity that will routinely or regularly use the facility for the provision of health care services, day care, library services, or education to children under the age of 18.
