Common use of Prize Clause in Contracts

Prize. One (1) prize is available to be won, consisting of a Callaway Smoke Irons 3-P (approximate retail value of each prize is $1,799 CDN). The winner will be mailed their prize from the sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for unclaimed prizes. The prize cannot be transferred or substituted. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or unclaimed prizes. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept or otherwise redeem a prize on the terms it is awarded, the prize shall be forfeited and no cash or substitutes will be provided in whole or in part.
