Prize Draw Sample Clauses
Prize Draw. 4.1 The prize draw will take place by midnight on 1 December 2022 at the PayPoint registered address as detailed below and 10 (ten) winners shall be drawn at random from the pool of Entries.
4.2 The 10 winners will be notified by email (to the email address provided in your Agreement) within 48 hours of completion of the prize draw.
4.3 On receipt of the notification email set out above, each winner shall have 5 working days to confirm their preferred delivery method of their Prize. Confirmation should be provided by email to the email address specified in the notification.
4.4 Each winner shall receive their £100 Amazon voucher by their preferred delivery method as soon as practicably possible, and in any event no later than 2 (two) weeks from confirmation by the winner of their preferred delivery method.
4.5 PayPoint may request further information or documentation, as may reasonably be required, in order to assess your Entry.
4.6 If a winning Entry is deemed not to comply with these Terms and/or the conditions of entry, the Entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be determined at random.
4.7 If a winner does not reply within 5 working days as set out in clause 4.3, the winning Entry will be discarded and a new winner of the Prize will be determined at random, and will be contacted using the same method and process as set out in this clause 4.
Prize Draw. On or around June 4, 2021, Lions Gate Marine Centre will randomly select one (1)
Prize Draw a) The Bays Lotto consists of 52 weekly draws throughout the whole year.
b) A cash prize of $250 (or a minimum of 20% of the prize pool) will be awarded to the winner of each weekly draw.
c) The first draw will be held on Thursday 27th March 2025.
d) GFC reserves the right to cancel or abandon the Bays Lotto if there are insufficient entries or if it becomes economically unfeasible for the Club.
e) In the event of discontinuation, any outstanding funds will be disbursed accordingly.
f) The name listed on your registration will be used as your entry and an email will be sent to confirm that your registration is accepted.
Prize Draw. 3.1 You will be automatically entered into the free Prize Draw to win on of three $100 Coles/Myer vouchers (Prize) issued by Coles Group Limited (Coles/Myer) when you complete and submit your Survey, and you will be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.2 Although the Prize Draw is conducted by us, the redemption of the Prize may be subject to further terms and conditions imposed by ▇▇▇▇▇/Myer.
3.3 The closing date for entering the Prize Draw is 11:59pm (AEDT) on 11 January 2021.
3.4 The Prize Draw will take place on 15 January 2021 before 11:59pm (AEDT) in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The winner will be selected at random from all the entries received and will be notified by email and/or SMS. If the winner does not respond to the email and/or SMS within 14 days of being notified by us, the winner will forfeit the Prize and another winner will be selected at a re-draw which uses the same Prize Draw process. The Prize will be sent to the winner by registered post to the address provided by you in the Survey within 28 days of the Prize Draw (or re-draw).
3.5 The name of the winner will be published on the Website for a period of at least 28 days after the winner is identified. By completing and submitting the Survey, the winner consents to us using the winner’s name as part of the Prize winner announcement and for publicity purposes (in any medium and on the internet, including any website hosted by us or Coles/Myer) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice.
3.6 We accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and not specifically included in the Prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the resort).
3.7 The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
3.8 We do not take any responsibility for any delay in providing the Prize or any lost vouchers for the Prize. No replacement vouchers will be issued.
3.9 We may substitute the Prize for another prize of the same or greater value than the Prize only if:
(a) the winner agrees to the substitute prize in writing; or
(b) due to reasons outside of our control we cannot provide the Prize (including, without limitation, that the Prize is no longer provided by ▇▇▇▇▇/Myer for any reason).
3.10 We accept no responsibility for any technical glitches, problems or issues otherwise, including any communication network failures, that prevent you from being able to complete or subm...
