Private Network. A Private Network shall mean a closed network exclusively used by the Lessee for the Lessee's Own Use in a geographical area over which the Lessee has a right of disposal (e.g. via ordinary ownership, leasing or tenancy).
Private Network. MojoHost will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet the service level of 99.99% for the private network.
