Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries use any of the customer information it receives through its website or otherwise in an unlawful manner, or in a manner violative of the privacy policy of the Company or its Subsidiary, as the case may be, or the privacy rights of its customers. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has collected any customer information through its website in an unlawful manner or in violation of its privacy policy. The Company and each of its Subsidiaries has adequate security measures in place to protect the customer information it receives through its website and which it stores in its computer systems from illegal use by third parties or use by third parties in a manner violative of the rights of privacy of its customers.
