Privacy and Data Security Laws. Without limiting a Party’s other obligations under this Agreement, each Party shall, and shall cause its Affiliates and permitted subcontractors to, implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of Sensitive Information such Party is processing and take such other actions as are reasonably necessary to protect the security and confidentiality of such Sensitive Information against any threats or hazards to the security or integrity of such Sensitive Information in accordance with Privacy and Data Security Laws.
