Privacy Act. (a) The Company and the Dealer Manager shall comply with all applicable federal, state and provincial regulations regarding customer and consumer privacy, including Title V of the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. “Customer information” is defined as any information contained on a customer’s application and includes all nonpublic personal information about a customer shared by the Company and the Dealer Manager.
