Common use of Priority Placements Clause in Contracts

Priority Placements. the senior qualified employee(s) meeting the requirements of the available position(s) shall be retained; (e) during the six (6) month period in (c) above, the employee shall, at his or her request, be provided with financial and pension counselling at no charge to the employee; (f) if NAV CANADA and the employee have been unsuccessful in finding an appropriate job opportunity within NAV CANADA at the end of the surplus period, the employee may choose lay-off with recall rights, or the NAV CANADA Departure Program.
