Prioritisation. “first come, first served” 8.1.1 Subject to clause 9 below, all Site Applications made by a Registered Party for the Wholesale Tower Co-location Service will be assessed on a “first come, first served” basis. Application of this “first come, first served” principle is a requirement under the RBI 2 Agreement and ensures that the Access Provider processes the Registered Party Site Applications in a fair and equitable manner, especially given the limited space available on the RBI 2 Towers.
