Supporting Project Development. Commissioned projects will be eligible to submit for pre-feasibility and feasibility funding support from the SIF. This will be based on the submission of a pre-feasibility and feasibility funding application form. Submissions will be appraised by the Investment Team and approved/recommended to the LCR CA/Mayor by the Investment Panel and the Investment Committee.
