Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for works and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 for goods, and $500,000 for works, respectively, or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

(a) With respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost $150,000 equivalent or more, (ii) the first three contracts for goods estimated to cost less than $150,000 equivalent; (iii) each contract for works and goods estimated to cost the $200,000 equivalent of $250,000 for goods, and $500,000 for works, respectively, or more; and (iv) the first three contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for works and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of more than $250,000 for goods50,000 equivalent, and each contract for works estimated to cost more than $500,000 for works, respectively, or more75,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 for goods, and $500,000 for works, respectively, 200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) each contract for goods and works and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 for goods, 200,000 and $500,000 250,000 respectively or more; and (ii) all contracts for works, respectively, goods and works in the first year estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (a) With respect to each contract for works and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 for goods, and $500,000 for works, respectively, equivalent or more; and (b) the first two contracts for works procured under Part C.1 (a) (ii) of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to (i) each contract for goods or works and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 for goods100,000 or more, and $500,000 (ii) the first contract for works, respectively, goods or moreworks to be procured in accordance with the procedure referred to in paragraph 1 of Part C above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 for goods, and $500,000 for works, respectively, 50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract to: (i) all contracts for works and goods estimated to cost the $100,000 equivalent of $250,000 for goods, and $500,000 for works, respectively, or more; (ii) the first three (3) contracts for works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; and (iii) the first three (3) contracts for goods to be procured under the provisions of paragraph B.1 of this Schedule, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to the first three contracts for goods and the first three contracts for works, irrespective of the contract’s value, and, subsequently, each contract for works and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 for goods400,000 or more, and each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 for works, respectively, 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (a) With respect to each contract for goods and works and procured under Part B.1 of this section; (b) the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of between $250,000 for goods, 100,000 and $500,000 350,000 equivalent each; and (c) the first two contracts for works, respectively, or moreworks estimated to cost between $350,000 and $5,000,000 equivalent each, the procedures procedure set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to (a) With respect to each contract for works and (i) goods estimated to cost the $1,000,000 equivalent of or more, or (ii) works estimated to cost $250,000 for goods5,000,000 or more, and $500,000 (b) the first three (3) contracts each for goods and for works, respectively, or moreregardless of the estimated cost thereof, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) the first two contracts for goods; (ii) the first two contracts for works; (iii) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more; and (iv) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 for goods, and $500,000 for works, respectively, 200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for works and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 for goods, and $500,000 for works, respectively, or more, the The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall applyapply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost $300,000 equivalent or more; (ii) each contract for works estimated to cost $500,000 equivalent or more; (iii) each of the first two contracts for goods estimated to cost more than $30,000 equivalent but less than $300,000 equivalent; and (iv) the first contract for works estimated to cost more than $30,000 equivalent but less than $500,000 equivalent.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for works and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 for goods, and $500,000 for works, respectively, □200,000 or more, each contract for works estimated to cost □2,000,000 or more and the first contract procured under Part C.1 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
