Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. (a) Except as provided in sub-paragraph (b) of this paragraph 2, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.

Prior Review. (a) Except as provided in sub-paragraph With respect to each contract for (bi) of this paragraph 2works estimated to cost more than $500,000 equivalent; and (ii) goods estimated to cost more than $250,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.apply.

Prior Review. (a) Except as provided in sub-paragraph (b) With respect to each contract for works and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of this paragraph 2$200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.apply.

Prior Review. (a) Except as provided in sub-paragraph With respect to (bi) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of this paragraph 2$200,000 or more and (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.apply.

Prior Review. (a) Except as provided in sub-paragraph (b) With respect to the first two contracts for goods and works and each contract for goods, works and consulting services estimated to cost the equivalent of this paragraph 2$50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.apply.

Prior Review. (a) Except as provided in sub-paragraph (b) of this paragraph 2With respect to each contract for goods and works procured pursuant to Section B above, and each contract for works costing $3,000,000 or more procured pursuant to Section C.1 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.apply.

Prior Review. (a) Except as provided in sub-paragraph With respect to: (bi) of this paragraph 2, all contracts for works; and (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.apply.

(a) Except as provided in sub-paragraph (b) With respect to each contract for goods or equipment under supply and install contracts estimated to cost the equivalent of this paragraph 2$250,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.apply.

Prior Review. With respect to: (a) Except as provided in sub-paragraph each contract for works, and (b) of this paragraph 2each contract for goods estimated to cost $50,000 equivalent or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.apply.

Prior Review. (a) Except as provided in sub-paragraph (b) of this paragraph 2, the The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $5,000,000 or more; (ii) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 500,000 or more; (iii) the first two (2) contracts for works regardless of the value thereof; and (iiiv) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 goods regardless of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.value thereof.

(a) Except as provided in sub-paragraph (b) With respect to each contract for works and goods estimated to cost the equivalent of this paragraph 2$500,000 and $150,000 respectively, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.apply.

(a) Except as provided in sub-paragraph (b) With respect to the first contract for goods and the first contract for works, irrespective of this paragraph 2the contract amount, and thereafter each contract estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.apply.

Prior Review. (a) Except as provided in sub-paragraph (b) With respect to each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of this paragraph 2US$500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.apply.

Prior Review. With respect to (ai) Except as provided in sub-paragraph the first five contracts of each civil works and goods and (bii) each contract estimated to cost the equivalent of this paragraph 2$200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.apply.

Prior Review. (a) Except as provided in sub-With respect to (i) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $600,000 or more and (ii) each contract for works procured under paragraph (b) 6 of Part B of this paragraph 2Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.apply.

Prior Review. (a) Except as provided in sub-paragraph (b) of this paragraph 2With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost □200,000 or more, each contract for works estimated to cost □2,000,000 or more and the first contract procured under Part C.1 above, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply with respect to: (i) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more and any contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; and (ii) the first contract for works procured in accordance with paragraph 4 of Part B above and the first contract for goods procured in accordance with paragraph 2 of said Part B.apply.
