Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; and (ii) all contracts each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; , the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; and (ii) all contracts each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.2 or Part C.3 of Section II of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 40,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; , the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $US$100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all the first three contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent consulting firms regardless of $50,000 or more; size, and (iii) all contracts for awarded on the employment basis of individual consultants selected on a sole single source basis; selection method, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; and (ii) all contracts each contract for the employment of individual consultants procured under Part C.3 or Part C.4 of this Schedule estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; , the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 200,000 or more; and (iiiii) all contracts each contract for the employment of individual consultants consulting firms to be selected on a sole source basis; in accordance with the provisions of Part C.1 of this Section II, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; and (ii) all contracts each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated consulting firms to cost be selected in accordance with the equivalent provisions of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment Part C.2 of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; this Section II, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; and (ii) all contracts the first contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated a consulting firm to cost be selected in accordance with the equivalent procedures referred to in paragraph 2 of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment Part C of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; this Section II, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 200,000 or more, as well as with respect to each such contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to such cost the equivalent covered by Parts C.1 or C.3 of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; this Section II, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of the consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $US$100,000 or more, as well as more and each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $US$50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; , the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 I to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With The procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply with respect toto the following, namely: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; (ii) the contracts for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a procured by sole source basis; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall applyselection.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of of: (A) consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; and (iiB) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (ii) each contract for services to be procured using single-source selection procedures; (iii) all contracts consulting services for critical assignment, as determined by the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basisBank; and (iv) amendments to each contract for consulting services raising the estimated cost above the prior threshold amounts in this subparagraph (a), the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: to each contract for (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; consulting firms under single source selection procedures, and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on consulting firms for assignments of a sole source basis; critical nature, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; and (ii) all the first two contracts for the employment of individual consultants consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of less than $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; 100,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all the first two contracts for the employment of individual consultants consulting firms under Part A of the Project estimated to cost less than the equivalent of $50,000 or more; 100,000, and (iii) all the first two contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; consulting firms under Part B of the Project estimated to cost less than the equivalent of $100,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms procured under Part B of this Section estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; and (ii) all contracts each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent consulting firms procured under Part C.5 of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 3, and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of of: (i) consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (iiiii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; estimated to cost the equivalent of $20,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (iiiii) all contracts the first contract for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; consulting firms estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. With respect to each contract for: (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; and (iib) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants consultants: (i) estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and or (iiiii) all contracts for selected in accordance with the employment procedures set forth in paragraphs 3.8 through 3.11 of individual consultants selected on a sole source basisthe Consultant Guidelines; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of of: (i) consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; and (ii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; , the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to of the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; and (ii) all contracts the first contract for the employment of individual consultants consulting firms estimated to cost less than $100,000 the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: to (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; and (ii) all the first ten contracts for awarded under the employment Project, regardless of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all and the first two contracts for for: the employment of individual consultants consulting firms procured under Least Cost Selection and Consultants’ Qualifications methods, estimated to cost the equivalent of up to $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; 100,000 equivalent, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of (i) consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; and (ii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; , the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 US$200,000 or more; and (iiiii) all contracts each contract for the employment of individual consultants consulting firms to be selected on a sole source basis; in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph 1 under Part C of this Section, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 I to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each more and the first two contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost less than the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; 100,000 but more than $50,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (ia) each contract all contracts for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (iib) the first two contracts for consulting firms to be procured in accordance with the provisions set forth in Part C.1 of this Section; (c) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (iiid) all contracts for the employment first contract to be procured in accordance with the provisions set forth in paragraph C.2 of individual consultants selected on a sole source basisthis Section; the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each and any amendment to an existing contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; raising the value of such contract to $100,000 equivalent or more, and (ii) all the first 3 contracts for the employment consulting firms irrespective of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 their single or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; aggregate value, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 21, 3 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all contracts and for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; , the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 200,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; (ii) all contracts each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; (iii) all single-source contracts; and (iii) all contracts the contract for the employment provision of individual consultants selected on a sole source basis; consulting firm to provide audit services, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to: (i) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, as well as each contract awarded on a sole source basis for firms; and (ii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (iii) all contracts for the employment of individual consultants consulting firms selected on a sole sole-source basis; , the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review.
