Common use of PRIOR LEASE Clause in Contracts

PRIOR LEASE. The parties executed a Lease Agreement dated October 1, 2015 (hereinafter “Lease Agreement”) with a term of lease commencing on the 1st day of October 2015, and which expires on the 1st day of October 2016. All terms, conditions, and provisions of said Lease Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference or by attachment.

PRIOR LEASE. The parties executed a Lease Agreement dated October 1January 29, 2015 2014 (hereinafter “Lease Agreement”) with a term of lease commencing on the 1st day of October 2015March, 2014, and which expires on the 1st 31st day of October 2016May, 2019. All terms, conditions, and provisions of said Lease Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference or by attachment.

PRIOR LEASE. The parties executed a Lease Agreement dated October 1November 19, 2015 2012 (hereinafter “Lease Agreement”) with a term of lease commencing on the 1st day of October 2015, 2012 , and which expires on the 1st 31st day of October 2016August, 2014 . All terms, conditions, and provisions of said Lease Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference or by attachment.

PRIOR LEASE. The parties executed a Lease Agreement dated October 1November 17, 2015 2014 (hereinafter “Lease Agreement”) with a term of lease commencing on the 1st day of October January 2015, and which expires on the 1st 31st day of October 2016December 2017. All terms, conditions, and provisions of said Lease Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference or by attachment.

PRIOR LEASE. The parties executed a Lease Agreement dated October 1September 5, 2015 2003 (hereinafter “Lease Agreement”) and amended December 15, 2004, with a term of lease commencing on the 1st day of October 2015September, 2003, and which expires on the 1st 8th day of October 2016September, 2007. All terms, conditions, and provisions of said Lease Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference or by attachment.
