Common use of Prior Confidentiality Agreement Clause in Contracts

Prior Confidentiality Agreement. As of the Effective Date, the terms of this Article 13 shall supersede any prior non-disclosure, secrecy or confidentiality agreement between the Parties (or their Affiliates) relating to the subject of this Agreement, including the Confidentiality Agreement. Any information disclosed pursuant to any such prior agreement shall be deemed Confidential Information for purposes of this Agreement.

Prior Confidentiality Agreement. Any information disclosed pursuant to any such prior agreement shall be deemed Confidential Information for purposes of this Agreement.

Any information disclosed pursuant to any such prior agreement shall be deemed Confidential Information for purposes of this Agreement.

As of the Effective Date, the terms of this Article 13 shall supersede the Confidentiality Agreement and any other prior non-disclosure, secrecy or confidentiality agreement between the Parties (or their Affiliates) relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, including the Confidentiality Agreement. Any information disclosed pursuant to the Confidentiality Agreement or any other such prior agreement shall be deemed Confidential Information for purposes of this Agreement.

Any information disclosed pursuant to any such prior agreement that relates to the Compound or Product or the transaction under this Agreement shall be deemed Confidential Information for purposes of this Agreement.

Prior Confidentiality Agreement. As of the Effective Date, the terms of this Article 13 7 shall supersede any prior non-disclosure, secrecy or confidentiality agreement between the Parties (or their Affiliates) relating to the subject of this Agreement, including the Existing Confidentiality Agreement. Any information disclosed by or on behalf of a Party or any of its Affiliates to the other Party or any of its Affiliates pursuant to any such prior agreement the Existing Confidentiality Agreement shall be deemed Confidential Information of the disclosing Party for purposes of this Agreement.

Any information disclosed pursuant to any such prior agreement shall be deemed Confidential Information for purposes of this Agreement.

As of the Effective Date, the terms of this Article 13 17 shall supersede any prior non-disclosure, secrecy or confidentiality agreement between the Parties (or their Affiliates) relating to the subject of this Agreement, including the Confidentiality Agreement. Any information disclosed pursuant to any such prior agreement shall be deemed Confidential Information for purposes of this Agreement.

Prior Confidentiality Agreement. As of the Effective Date, the terms of this Article 13 11 (Confidentiality) shall supersede any prior non-disclosure, secrecy or confidentiality agreement between the Parties (or their Affiliates) relating to the subject of this Agreement, including the Confidentiality Agreement. Any information disclosed pursuant to any such prior agreement shall be deemed Confidential Information for purposes of this Agreement.

Prior Confidentiality Agreement. As of the Effective Date, the terms of this Article 13 15 shall supersede any prior non-disclosure, secrecy or confidentiality agreement between the Parties (or their Affiliates) relating to the subject of this Agreement, including the Confidentiality Agreement to the extent information disclosed under such Confidentiality Agreement relates to the subject matter of this Agreement. For clarity, the Confidentiality Agreement continues to govern discussions between the Parties with respect to other matters that are not the subject of this Agreement. Any information disclosed pursuant to any such prior agreement shall be deemed Confidential Information for purposes of this Agreement.
