Common use of Prior Approved Publication Clause in Contracts

Prior Approved Publication. Notwithstanding Section 4.4 or this Section 4.5 either Party may include in a public disclosure, press release or in a scientific or medical publication or presentation, without prior delivery to or review by the other Party, any information which has previously been included in a public disclosure, press release or scientific or medical publication that has been reviewed pursuant to Section 4.4 or this Section 4.5 or published or publicly disclosed by the other Party.
