Prior Application. City previously had been processing applications submitted by Developer for expansion of the boundaries of the City’s sphere of influence, annexation to the City of the Property as well as additional real property owned by Developer, and certain land use entitlements, when a dispute arose between the parties.   • Application for approval 3.1. The application for approval of a vehicle type with regard to the AEBS shall be submitted by the vehicle manufacturer or by his authorised representative. 3.2.
