Principal’s requirements. The Service Provider must at all times during the performance of the Services, use reasonable endeavours to inform itself of the Principal’s requirements, templates and policies and procedures in relation to the Services and consult with the Principal during the performance of the Services to ensure the proper, effective and timely performance of the Services in compliance with such requirements, templates and policies and procedures.

Principal’s requirements. The Specification sets out the Principal’s requirements for the Goods and categorises those requirements, where applicable to the Principal, as being mandatory, highly desirable, desirable and indicates where further information is required. The Specification also details, those types or classes of Goods for which the Principal may require additional or supporting services, such as installation or maintenance. The Principle upon awarding the contract is required to apply for a licence to possess a radiation apparatus and submit a Radiation Safety and Protection Plan for approval by the governing authority. This process could take up to 90 days to complete. After this period the Principle is required to submit an “Approval to Acquire” such goods and this process could take up to 2 weeks. The apparatus can be delivered into the TRI facility within the 30 days that the Approval to Acquire is valid. Once the apparatus is in position it must be certified against NM002:2010 Standard for cabinet radiation apparatus used to carry out fluoroscopic or radiographic imaging of inanimate objects by the selected tenderers qualified person prior completion of instalation.

  • Check Requirements Any image of a check that I transmit to you must accurately and legibly provide all the information on the front and back of the check at the time presented to me by the drawer.
