Lodgement and Closing Date Clause Samples
The Lodgement and Closing Date clause defines the specific deadlines by which key documents must be submitted (lodged) and when the transaction is officially completed (closed). In practice, this clause sets out the exact dates or the method for determining these dates, ensuring all parties are aware of the timeline for delivering documents, transferring funds, or finalizing ownership. Its core function is to provide a clear schedule for the completion of the transaction, reducing uncertainty and helping to coordinate the actions of all involved parties.
Lodgement and Closing Date. Please submit via email a CV and cover letter by Thursday 3rd December outlining how you can contribute in this role and be a successful event administrator.
Lodgement and Closing Date. Tenders shall be lodged in accordance with the following requirements:
(a) Tenders must comply with clause 4.
(b) Tenders must be sealed and addressed to the Principal and endorsed with the description as follows: Tender for TRI-0011 Attn. ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Translational Research Institute, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Woolloongabba QLD 4102
(c) Tenders must be received by the Principal at the Lodgement Place by the Closing Date.
(d) The Principal may, in its absolute discretion, extend the Closing Date by giving written notice to all Tenderers.
(e) The Principal in its absolute discretion may consider or reject a Tender received after the Closing Date.
(f) Subject to any agreement made pursuant to clause 7.2, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ sent or transmitted by telephonic or telegraphic devices, email, facsimile or other electronic means, will not be considered by the Principal.
(g) Tenderers must submit five hard copies and one soft-copy on a USB key of their Tender. All copies must be identical.
(h) Tenders will not be subject to a public opening.
