Principal Place of Business; Other Places of Business. The principal office and principal place of business of the Company shall be as determined by the Board of Managers. The name and address of the Company’s registered agent in the State of Delaware is as set forth in the Certificate and may be changed from time to time in the Board of Managers’ sole discretion.
