The "Prime Time" clause defines specific periods during which certain terms, rates, or conditions of an agreement are adjusted, typically to reflect higher demand or increased value. For example, in a service contract, prime time might refer to evenings or weekends when usage is highest, and different pricing or availability rules apply. This clause ensures that both parties are clear about when special conditions are in effect, helping to allocate costs and manage expectations during peak periods.
Prime Time. Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee shall be restricted in the time of year he/she chooses to take his/her vacation entitlement. However, all employees shall be allowed to take up to four weeks of their vacation entitlement during the period May 1 to September 30 inclusive, which shall be defined as the prime-time vacation period.
Prime Time. For purposes of this article, “prime time” is defined as follows:
a. March 15 through April 15 (spring);
b. June 15 through September 15 (summer);
c. The fourth (4th) week in November (fall); and
d. December 15 through January 1 (winter).
Prime Time. BLOCKS Notwithstanding that vacation is to be chosen in blocks during prime vacation periods the Corporation shall make all reasonable efforts to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ time to employees applying for additional days of leave to be attached prior to or after a vacation block in a effort to recognize the vacation rental needs and/or airline ticket purchase practices. These additional days shall not be seen as reducing the total number of vacation blocks available to employees applying for vacation.

Employees will not be granted more than two (2) periods of up to seven (7) consecutive days of time off or up to fourteen (14) consecutive days of time off (or less as limited by available PTO accruals) during prime time, if permitting such leave request would result in another nurse not being able to take time off during the same prime time period.

Vacation sign up will commence on Dec 1st and end on January 15th. During the vacation sign up, the vacation planner will be posted for all employees to view. After January 15th, the final vacation schedule will be posted and any changes to vacation will be posted and filled by first come first serve.
