Primary Workload Requirement. A unit member’s primary workload requires that he or she carry out the following: (1) Remain current in his or her discipline(s) particularly in the areas of instruction, counseling, librarianship, and special assignments; (2) Read and implement the research on the craft(s) of instruction, counseling, librarianship, and special assignments duties as appropriate; (3) Prepare lectures, develop laboratory exercises, create examinations, create media, perform assessments of and grade student performances, and perform other related academic work.
