Primary Care Physicians. With the AvMed Agility Plan, each Member may select a PCP upon enrollment, but is not required to do so. Although you have the option to select any provider, we encourage you to select and develop a relationship with a PCP. You can choose any PCP who is available and accepting new patients, from the list of PCPs who are AvMed Agility Plan Participating Physicians. a. Advantages of utilizing a PCP i. PCPs are trained to provide a broad range of medical care.
