Common use of Pricing of Ancillary Services Clause in Contracts

Pricing of Ancillary Services. The price of the capacity ----------------------------- component of Ancillary Services is stated in Exhibit B. The price of Ancillary Services shall not change during the term of the Agreement. Supplier shall make available to Buyer and Buyer shall offer to pass through the Energy portion of Ancillary Services with respect to the Supply Amount to the ISA, or Control Area Operator, at the Price Ceiling of Energy (plus expected direct transaction costs). The net proceeds shall be credited to the Supplier pursuant to Section 7.
