Pricing Errors and Overcharges. For any pricing errors or overcharges discovered by either party, the Contractor shall reimburse the Cardholders in full for all overcharges. Additionally, the Contractor shall pay to the State an administrative fee of 15% of total purchase price for all items invoiced at incorrect pricing. Any pricing errors shall be corrected by the next business day of notification to the Contractor of the error.
