If Veeam receives a more competitive offer from a third party for goods or services similar to the Goods, and Supplier is unable to match that offer within thirty (30) days of receiving notification from Veeam of the better offer, then Veeam may resource the affected business to such third party and cancel the corresponding portion of this Order without further liability to Supplier.
