PRICE & TAXES; PAYMENT. 1.1 The Price for all Equipment and Services shall be as listed in the relevant Quotation and, expect as otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Buyer and the Seller, shall be deemed to be net of transportation costs, value added tax and any other taxes or duties imposed by the competent authorities in the Buyer’s or the Seller’s country.
