Common use of Price and Taxes Clause in Contracts

Price and Taxes. The price you will pay is stated in the Purchase Order. The price includes the Product(s) described in the Purchase Order, standard packaging and shipping. You shall be responsible for all taxes (including without limitation any sales use, excise or similar tax), custom fees and duties, VAT and other related governmental fees and costs, transportation to the site specified in the Purchase Order, special packaging and insurance. Any applicable taxes will be added to the price, unless we receive a tax exemption certificate from you which is acceptable to the taxing authorities.
