Preview Status Clause Samples
The "Preview Status" clause defines the conditions under which a party can access, review, or evaluate certain materials, products, or services before they are finalized or officially released. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of the preview, such as which features or content are available, any limitations on use, and the duration of the preview period. Its core practical function is to provide transparency and set expectations for both parties, ensuring that the recipient understands the provisional nature of the previewed items and any restrictions that apply, thereby reducing misunderstandings and managing risk.
Preview Status. A solicitation published in MFMP is initially in Preview Status. When a solicitation is in Preview Status, potential Respondents, and the general public can view and download all the information related to a particular solicitation. Vendors who are registered with MFMP are able to submit questions using the MFMP “Messaging” tab. The Department will answer all questions submitted through the MFMP Messaging tab in a Question and Answer Addendum as described in section 2.4. A solicitation remains in Preview Status until the Question and Answer Addendum is issued.
Preview Status. The DID Service is a preview and only available for a limited time and functionality. The DID Services are subject to change without notice and may contain gaps, errors and instabilities not found in a full commercial version. The DID Service may experience interruptions and downtime during which you may not be able to access data or other functionality. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using preview services and assume all risks associated with using the DID Service, including but not limited to risks and costs of program errors, compliance with applicable laws, damage to or loss of, programs or equipment, and unavailability or interruption of operations.
Preview Status. A solicitation is published as a ‘Public Event’ in MFMP Sourcing and is initially in ‘Preview’ status. When the solicitation is in ‘Preview’ status, Vendors can view and download all information related to the solicitation and pose questions to the Procurement Officer in the ‘Messages’ tab of the event. For more information on submitting a question in MFMP Sourcing see Section 2.7. The solicitation remains in ‘Preview’ status until the ‘Open’ status begins.
