Not knowingly to permit any owner of any property adjoining or near the Demised Premises to acquire any rights of way light or air or other privilege or easement or make any encroachment over against out of or upon the Demised Premises nor to give any acknowledgement that the Demised Premises enjoy any such rights by the consent of any third party and as soon as the Tenant shall become aware thereof or of any act or thing which might result in the acquisition or making of any of the same to give immediate written notice thereof to the Landlord and at the Landlord’s expense to take such steps or action as may be reasonably required by the Landlord for preventing any of the same from being acquired or made
