Common use of Pressure Drop Clause in Contracts

Pressure Drop. COPANO shall deliver and KMTP shall receive Residue Gas at the Residue Gas Redelivery Point or the Alternate Redelivery Point at a pressure that is not more than 50 psig less than the pressure at which KMTP Gas was delivered at the Delivery Point, unless KMTP will accept a lesser pressure at the Residue Gas Redelivery Point or the Alternate Redelivery Point.
