Required Pressure Clause Samples

Required Pressure. From and after the one (1) year anniversary of the end of the Expansion Period, Gatherer shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, to maintain pressures on each Sub-System (other than the High-Pressure Sweet Sub-System and the High Pressure Sour Sub-System) at or below the Sub-System Turnover Average Receipt Point Pressure applicable to such Sub-System.
