The Company shall control all press releases or announcements to the public, the media or the industry regarding any Financing or business relationship involving the Company or its affiliates. Except for communication to Investors in furtherance of this Agreement, MBA will not disclose the fact that discussions or negotiations are taking place concerning a possible Financing involving the Company, or the status or terms and conditions thereof.
