Common use of Prescription Period Clause in Contracts

Prescription Period. Claims for payment of principal in respect of the Notes shall be prescribed upon the expiration of 10 years, and claims for payment of interest in respect of the Notes shall be prescribed upon the expiration of 5 years, in each case from the Relevant Date thereof.
