PREPARATORY MATERIALS. All data and art application files provided by NYSLRS are the property of NYSLRS and are to be retained by Contractor for 30 days following completion of the job and then destroyed and/or eradicated entirely. The Contractor must notify NYSLRS in writing upon eradication of data no later than April 12, 2019 / April 10, 2020.

PREPARATORY MATERIALS. Working mechanical art, type, negatives, positives, separations, flats, plate films, tapes, disks, plates, dies and other items when supplied by Seller, shall remain Seller’s exclusive property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
