To be considered, a bidder must submit its quote before the closing date and time. Paper, telephonic, and telegraphic quotes may not be accepted. 11.2.2 All attachments shall be submitted as a .pdf file. The District will not be responsible for corruption of any file submitted. If the submitted file cannot be viewed and printed as submitted, it will not be considered.
