PREPARATION AND COST OF REGISTERING DOCUMENTS. The Transfer is to be prepared by the Vendor on the Vendor's standard form. If required by the Vendor, the deed may contain covenants on the part of the Purchaser to comply with the stipulations set out herein, and is to be executed by the Purchaser.
