Prepaid Card Processor Clause Samples
The Prepaid Card Processor clause defines the responsibilities and requirements for the entity that manages and processes prepaid card transactions within an agreement. This clause typically outlines the standards for transaction processing, data security, and reporting obligations, and may specify the types of prepaid cards covered, such as gift cards or payroll cards. By clearly assigning duties and expectations to the processor, the clause ensures smooth operation of prepaid card programs and helps prevent disputes related to transaction handling or compliance.
