Common use of Premium Share Clause in Contracts

Premium Share. The Employer will cover Employees with substantially the same health and dental insurance coverage and benefits as non-exempt, non-bargaining-unit Employees. The benefits provided in this Agreement will be provided through group coverage selected by the Employer. The Employee will pay a percentage of the monthly insurance premium, according to Table 18.1-1.
