Premium Share. Notwithstanding Sections 24.1 and 24.2 above, the monthly “premium share” of the medical health insurance premiums (as measured by the COBRA rate then in effect) shall not exceed the City paying 85% of the medical health insurance premiums and each enrolled employee paying 15% of the medical health insurance premiums.
