Premium pay duplication. There shall be no duplication of premium pay 10 payments for the same hours worked under any of the provisions of the Agreement, and to 11 the extent that hours are compensated for at premium pay rates under one provision, they 12 shall not be counted as hours worked in determining overtime under the same or any other 13 provision, provided however that if more than one (1) provision is applicable, the higher rate 14 shall apply.
