Premium Contribution. The City agrees to pay 87.5% of the premium for employees having single and family plan coverage and employees will pay 12.5% of the premium for single or family plan coverage. The City’s contribution to the health insurance premium for part time employees hired on or after January 1, 1990 shall be prorated.
